SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!

Low impact circuit style work out, with light cardio, light weights, core work, balance, stability & stretching.

A fun friendly environment where everyone works at their own pace and to their own abilities.

Our fantastic Forever Young instructor Gayle will help modify any exercises and cater for the complete beginner.

All fitness levels are welcome.
